This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and being part of a cohesive team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the outlet's daily operations with a goal of providing a high quality experience to guests.

  • Welcome and greet customers warmly
  • Learn and possess good product knowledge and be well-versed in all menu items served
  • Confidently present the menu and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to our customers
  • Place orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system and help serve orders to the tables accurately
  • Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the service station
  • Perform other duties as directed by the management

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
