Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Team Member.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling food and beverage orders, serving guests, and providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This role involves preparing and setting up restaurants for food service, ensuring all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests
  • Provide friendly, excellent customer service to all guests
  • Assist fellow Team Members to prepare and set up restaurants for food service
  • Ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service
  • Assist guests with their requests, conduct suggestive sales, and be well-versed in all aspects of the menu

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes
  • Diploma in any field is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization
  • Fully certified in food hygiene and safety
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
