Description:

We are seeking a professional and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Payment Collector. As a key member of our collections team, you will play a vital role in securing timely payments from patients with outstanding hospital bills.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills, handling inbound calls, and managing patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills
  • Handling inbound calls on payment related to hospital bills
  • Receivables management
  • General customer service duties
  • Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients
  • Sending statement of accounts

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary / Pre-U /A level / College, Professional Certificate or equivalent
