Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure by implementing automation solutions and managing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate with other Ops Leads to enable Automation. Collect automation requests and guide DevOps and Automation Engineers to develop the automation playbook according to the proper coding standard.
  • Migrate and deploy the playbook to operationalize automation use cases and improve productivity.
  • Design and implement DevOps and automation solutions for projects.
  • Understand automation specifics and concepts in day-to-day service delivery and operations in IT Managed Services.
  • Build and maintain an automation playbook using automation technologies such as Ansible, Python, PowerShell, Chef (Ruby), Terraform (HCL), Groovy, JavaScript, and other scripting languages.
  • Operationalize automation development to enhance productivity.
  • Code or script for automated testing, as well as carry out automated testing procedures in testing and production environments.
  • Manage code control and versioning of Infra-as-code (IaC) playbooks.
  • Set up the DevOps platform and deploy automation use cases.
  • Manage and operate Platforms (Ansible, Terraform, and Gitlab) and maintain operational SLAs.
  • Lead DevOps engineers to develop automation use cases using these platforms (Ansible, Chef, and Terraform).
  • Have good knowledge integration with tools like ITSM.
  • Provide presales solution support for the development of automation solutions.
