Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will play a pivotal role in developing engaging content for various digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality content for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with designers and vendors to produce visually appealing visual assets.
  • Support the production of short-form content, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
  • Evaluate and align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Design, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign results.
  • Ensure targeting, A/B testing, and budget management are executed effectively.
  • Contribute to planning and executing live events and branded campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage scheduling and provide support during live/recorded content sessions.
  • Track and report on performance metrics and engagement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and its capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of content creation and social media trends.
  • Basic proficiency in editing using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a resourceful attitude.

Familiarity with TikTok or YouTube content, event coordination, and basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid media platforms are highly desirable.
