Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing, food preparation, and storage.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
  • Ensure the timely storage of food deliveries and maintain a clean and dry floor throughout the shift.
  • Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
  • Assist in food preparation and other duties as assigned by the chef.
