
Procurement and Contract Manager

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Contract Management Professional to support the smooth operation of our project site. The ideal candidate will oversee procurement and contract administration, ensuring all site services align with organisational policies and regulatory standards.

- Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports, material receipts, and acknowledgements to support internal reporting by senior construction management.
- Implement and maintain documentation systems and administrative processes to enhance site efficiency and stakeholder service delivery.
- Ensure all procurement and administrative activities comply with relevant legislation and organisational standards.
- Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate the timely provision of scaffolding, waste management, and other site services within defined parameters.
- Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and processing of construction contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, amendment tracking, and appropriate approvals.
- Support site management activities through effective contract administration and stakeholder coordination.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of procurement and contract administration practices.
- Experience in a site coordination role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
