Job Title: Procurement Contract Manager
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced procurement contract manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration and management, with the ability to prepare and vet tender documents, draft contract/specification clauses, evaluate tenders, and recommend awards for construction and procurement contracts.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing submissions by external consultants on contract administration matters, including assessing contractors' claims for variation works, extensions of time, loss and expense, final accounts, and handling contractual disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with contractual and costing matters.
- Ensure compliance with tendering and procurement procedures.
- Implement innovative solutions and best practices in procurement and contract strategies.
A background in Building or Quantity Surveying is required, with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in consultant QS firms or developer organizations.
