Equipment Installation Technician

Our organization is seeking an experienced Site Installation Specialist to assume key responsibilities in the installation, commissioning, and configuration of equipment or systems at client premises.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a proven track record of installing, commissioning, and configuring equipment or systems at client sites.
- Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at client sites.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems.
- Provide technical assistance and training to clients on product operation and maintenance.
- Document service activities, including reports on repairs, maintenance, and system performance.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies during all service activities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
- Proven experience as a Site Installation Specialist or similar role.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
