Program Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive transformation initiatives across warehouse and transportation operations. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation projects in warehouse and/or transportation environments.
  • Knowledge of WMS, TMS, and other logistics technologies.
  • PMP certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with automation technologies (e.g., robotics, AS/RS).
  • Familiarity with data analytics and performance management tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
