As a centre leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experience of young children and their communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and nurturing children, as well as mentoring and guiding a team of professional teachers. You will also contribute to the growth and development of the centre, ensuring that it remains a vibrant and supportive environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the centre team
  • Develop and implement curriculum and pedagogy that aligns with early childhood education standards
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and the community
  • Manage centre operations, including resource allocation
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff

Requirements:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related field
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare setting, including infant care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities, with a passion for equipping and inspiring young lives
  • Experience in leading and managing teams in a SPARK Accreditation process
  • Prior experience in managing a centre with multiple bays and/or a capacity of at least 120 children is an added advantage
