Early Childhood Education Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to oversee the daily operations, curriculum implementation, and administration of our preschool. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively and possess a strong background in early childhood education and leadership.

  • Lead and manage teaching and non-teaching staff to achieve high standards in programme delivery and service excellence.
  • Supervise curriculum delivery, classroom management, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Oversee enrolment and class allocations, while maintaining strong communication with parents and promoting involvement.
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and maintenance of the school environment.
  • Plan staff training and development programmes to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role.
  • ECDA-recognized L2 certification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak or understand Chinese to communicate with parents.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to maintaining high standards.
