Financial Crimes Prevention Advisor

About the Role:

D L Resources PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Crimes Prevention Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in preventing and investigating financial crimes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and escalate with relevant Business Units/Compliance teams to meet regulatory standards.
  • Gather evidence for scam reports and escalate to relevant teams for investigation and compensation within stipulated timeframes.
  • Understand fraud and scam terminologies and methodologies.
  • Advisory and prevention services for bank customers from various scams, including Pig Slaughtering Scam, Jobs Scam, E-Commerce Scam, Phishing Link Scam, etc.
  • Handle reporting mule accounts/funnel accounts.
  • Ensure highest standards of service delivery to customers.
  • Respond and react timely to escalate fraud/scam service requests.
  • Investigate transactions flagged as suspicious in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of bank customers' data.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues/enquiries received via calls platforms completely accurately within committed turnaround times.
  • Educate customers about bank products/services and direct them toward available resources for self-help.
  • Resolve customer enquiries/requests/feedback to their satisfaction, complete necessary documentation, and provide subsequent solutions.
  • Ensure group compliance/control standards are observed and met in executing customers' transaction requests.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • No prior experience in Call Centre/Fraud setting required; dedicated onsite training provided.
  • Possess positive mindset, 'CAN-DO' attitude, passion for delivering quality customer service.
  • Pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills, and work etiquette.
  • Good command of written/spoken English.
  • Good analytical skills, passion for working with numbers.
  • Resourceful, proactive, results-driven, attentive to details, and good team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work staggered/rotational shifts, including weekends/public holidays, to support 24x7 Contact Centre operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - SGD $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for career growth, professional development, and a dynamic work environment.
