Job Title

Senior Nurse Position

Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan and carrying out nursing procedures according to the client's needs. They will also provide training and supervision to care staff, coordinate with other team members, and update them on changes in the client's condition and needs.

Key responsibilities include preparing clinical documentation, monitoring outcomes of services, and performing escalation of cases if necessary. The successful candidate will also provide ongoing support and education to caregivers, clients, and families.

Additional duties may include coverage of other Staff Nurses in Senior Care facilities if required.

Requirements
  • A recognized qualification in Diploma/Degree in Nursing
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical area such as an acute or community hospital
  • Good knowledge of the healthcare environment and service processes is essential. Experience in community care provision is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate must be a person of integrity, highly motivated, and able to maintain good interpersonal relationships with various partners in the healthcare system.
Working Hours

5 days per week, Monday – Friday

  • 7:30am – 5:00pm
  • 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • 8:30am – 6:00pm
