Nursing Leadership Role

We are seeking a Nursing Leader to join our team. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing team to deliver safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective care to residents and their families.

  • Oversee the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all nursing standards as stipulated by regulatory bodies.
  • Lead quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Promote evidence-based practices in nursing care delivery, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain written policies and procedures to guide nursing care delivery, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Facilitate the transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community, where possible.
  • Direct care of residents to ensure compliance with standards, promoting resident-centered care.
  • Ensure an appropriate skills mix and adequate manpower resourcing for all shifts and types of services.
  • Direct and facilitate staff development and competencies upgrading through various opportunities, including formal education and approved online learning programs.
  • Guide orientation/induction programs and preceptorship for new staff members.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Nursing or Degree in Nursing.
  • Full RN Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Good leadership skills.
