We are seeking a skilled and motivated Call Centre Officer to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to calls professionally and courteously
  • Enter key information into the system accurately and efficiently
  • Perform other assigned duties as required by management
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O Level/Higher NITEC qualification in any field
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
