Urology Patient Experience Specialist

The role involves providing exceptional support to patients undergoing urology procedures.

  • Ensure seamless patient flow and provide assistance as required.
  • Direct patients to the correct service points, minimizing wait times.
  • Operate stair climber for efficient patient transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Restrict access to designated areas for ENT and urology patients only.
  • Coordinate arrangements for wheelchair-bound patients unable to use the stair climber for surgery centre visits.
Requirements:
  • Minimum O level or equivalent qualification.
  • Friendly and comfortable interacting with patients.
