Healthcare Support Role

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide assistance to patients and contribute to the smooth running of our healthcare service.

About the Job:

  • We are seeking a candidate who can work effectively as an usher, guiding patients through the facility and performing various tasks to support the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist urology patients during their visits
  • Guide patients to the correct service points
  • Support the stair climber in case of need
  • Ensure that only ENT and urology patients access designated areas
  • Direct AOCC patients to the Ortho Clinic
  • Coordinate arrangements for wheelchair-bound patients not able to use the stair climber to reach the Surgery Centre

Skill Requirements:

  • O Level or relevant qualification
  • Friendly and comfortable interacting with patients

About the Opportunity:

  • Duration: Temporary position available
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
