About the Role

The Financial Operations Specialist plays a vital role in overseeing day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) management, and reporting.

This position is responsible for ensuring financial transactions comply with company policies, contract terms, and local tax regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage AR, AP, and GL processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Prepare and submit weekly financial reports for management review and monthly reports highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
  • Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies, contract terms, and local tax regulations
  • Assist with audit preparation and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements
  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of AR/AP/GL experience
  • Prior experience in Power BI and Power Automate focused on improving financial processes and automating workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macro, data analysis)
  • Experience with ERP system preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
