MEMS Process Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled expert in MEMS process integration to drive the development of scalable and innovative process flows for new device development and sustaining production.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing design-for-manufacturability strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration across the value chain;
- Leveraging R&D expertise to develop novel materials, unit processes, and integration schemes to improve performance and robustness of MEMS microphones.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field;
- 1-5+ years of experience in MEMS process, process integration, semiconductor process development, or microfabrication R&D;
- Deep familiarity with cleanroom tools, metrology, FA methods, and analytical techniques (SEM, AFM, nanoindentation, profilometry, acoustic/electrical test).
