Job Title: Semiconductor Process Engineer

This role involves working on the integration of micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) in semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEMS process integration and be able to work with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate MEMS device designs into scalable, manufacturable process flows, emphasizing design-for-manufacturability and innovation.
  • Develop, optimize, and debug front-end and back-end MEMS processes, balancing yield, reliability, cost, and cycle time.
  • Collaborate with fab teams to qualify and improve critical process steps, such as DRIE, wafer bonding, thin film deposition, lithography, and release.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts and implement corrective actions for yield excursions or reliability failures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
  • 1–5+ years of experience in MEMS process, process integration, semiconductor process development, or microfabrication R&D.
  • Deep familiarity with MEMS inertial sensors or similar devices.
  • Experience with cleanroom tools, metrology, FA methods, and analytical techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
