We are seeking a skilled Factoring and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing various tasks to ensure efficient factoring and accounts receivable operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying eligible accounts receivable for factoring, uploading invoices to the factoring platform, managing returns and disputes, and updating internal records accurately to reflect the sale of invoices.

You will also prepare ageing reports to monitor accounts receivable status, distribute regular reports to commercial departments, send dunning letters to customers with overdue accounts, and collaborate with finance and accounting departments for seamless integration of factoring and AR transactions.

In this role, it is crucial to monitor compliance with company policies and regulations, prepare regular reports on factoring and AR activities, and performance for senior management.

To succeed in this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in accounts receivable management or factoring, as well as proficiency in financial software and online factoring platforms, is preferred.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, strong problem-solving skills, and high ethical standards and integrity.
