Empower Single Mothers Through Counselling

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for serving single mothers and their children.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work with us to provide professional counselling services, case management, and clinical assessments. They will also be responsible for conducting training sessions for single mothers who wish to become co-facilitators or para-counselors/befrienders. Additionally, they will evaluate the effectiveness of our programmes and develop treatment plans based on therapeutic experience and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A Master's or Degree in Counselling
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in counselling
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a self-motivated and empathetic individual who can establish a trusting rapport with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
