Senior Technical Lead - Healthcare Infrastructure

This is a high-profile role that involves leading a team of engineers to design and develop healthcare infrastructure projects.

  • Evaluate consultants' M&E system designs and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
  • Capture and incorporate all stakeholder requirements into project design by collaborating with consultants.
  • Monitor design and construction timelines to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Present technical proposals for management review and approval.
  • Review contract specifications, including testing & commissioning (T&C), maintenance, and defect liability clauses.
  • Coordinate site activities, including technical coordination for user requests, mock-up reviews, and T&C processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with project management exposure preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, integrations, and smart technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Strong background in planning, developing, and managing infrastructure projects.
  • Skilled in conducting effective stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Strong documentation, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
