Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of pharmaceutical projects. Your responsibilities will include managing construction projects from planning to implementation, liaising with clients and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and identifying risks to ensure timely delivery.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Project Management: You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Relationships: You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects meet quality and safety standards.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Pharmacy.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
