Job Title: Cage Cashier

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cage Cashier to join our team at Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. As a Cage Cashier, you will be responsible for performing various financial transactions, handling cash and foreign exchange currencies, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Front Window, Team Member Bank, and Fill Bank functions, including cash handling, financial transactions, and customer service.
  • Handle cash and foreign exchange currencies, including cash-in/cash-out gaming chips, foreign currency exchange, and redeeming Slot Machine payout tickets.
  • Perform patron account transactions, check cashing, and credit card and EFTPOS cash advances.
  • Balance float and bring it back to the impress amount at the end of each shift.
  • Conduct Team Member Bank functions accurately and maintain accurate and legible balance sheets.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to all internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary/high school education preferred.
  • Possess a flair for numericals and excellent service and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred.
  • Able to operate electronic cashier equipment, such as note counters and counterfeit detectors.
  • Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays.
