As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support assigned Schools to ensure that faculty administration and talent acquisition practices are aligned with our policies and practices.
  • Provide advisory on policies and guidelines related to faculty life cycle matters such as appointment criteria, onboarding and offboarding, terms of appointment and benefits issues.
  • Provide subject matter advice on local employment acts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and administer the formalization of all appointments, joint appointments and re-appointments.
  • Coordinate and administer the relocation and onboarding processes for new faculty members.
  • Maintain and perform recruitment data analysis to support recruitment insights shared with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping of hiring records and onboarding documentation.
  • Managing and maintaining recruitment related SharePoint sites.
Requirements:
  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition. Prior work experience in institutions of higher learning, particularly in managing faculty life-cycle would be advantageous.
  • Resourceful in seeking solutions. Strong critical thinking skills in identifying effective solutions to resolve issues that may arise.
  • Ability to influence, interact with and engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Good communication (written and spoken) skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office apps.
