Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver technical training sessions on network cabling solutions.
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Key Deliverables
  1. Technical Training and Support:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for network cabling solutions.
    • Establish strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
  2. Product Specifications and Sales Support:
    • Create and review product specifications for customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Support the sales team in promoting and specifying network cabling & DC solutions to customers.
    • Contribute to quarterly updates on new products for the sales team.
    • Provide technical assistance to the sales team with product demonstrations, technical data sheets, and sample boards.
  3. Customer Assistance and Demonstrations:
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and preferences.
    • Deliver presentations and demonstrations on advanced testing and troubleshooting techniques using supplier network cable testers.
    • Liaise with suppliers and customers for supplier certification training and provide support during the training.
    • Manage sample requests and return materials authorization (RMA) with suppliers.
  4. Competitive Analysis and Evaluation:
    • Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform business decisions.
    • Evaluate vendors' products and recommend suitable options based on industry standards.
  5. Technical Expertise and Research:
