Role Summary

The role of an Algorithm Engineer in this organization is to work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build data-driven solutions for promotional campaigns.

This engineer will drive the development and optimization of marketing strategies by leveraging advanced techniques, including deep learning, causal inference, and operations research.

The successful candidate will collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines that power decision-making for promotions and campaign planning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other relevant fields.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Knowledge in optimization, classical machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
  • Experience in distributed data processing frameworks and conducting production environment A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver technical content to stakeholders.
