About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain high-performing equipment, ensuring optimal uptime and reducing costs
- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with process and manufacturing engineers to optimize equipment performance and improve overall efficiency
- Coordinate logistics to prevent prolonged losses due to equipment failure
- Manage expenses allocated for equipment maintenance without compromising on quality output
- Plan and implement an effective Preventive Maintenance program on equipment

Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Microelectronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Thin Film CMP Equipment
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication, and written skills
- Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill
- High level of integrity with strong leadership attributes to lead and coach a team
- Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
