Job Title: M&E Draughtsman

 

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering/Building Services Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our design team, you will play a vital role in creating ducting layouts, section details, and M&E services coordination plans.

 

This role requires collaboration with MEP designers and engineers to deliver high-quality drawings and models on time. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of projects through space management planning.

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum NTC 3 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad drawing and BIM modelling is essential for success in this position.
  • Able to carry out detailing and coordination drawings efficiently.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Possess independent, discipline, and good organizational skills.
