AI Strategy Lead

The Chief Artificial Intelligence Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's AI vision and roadmap.

This high-level position involves leading a team of skilled AI engineers, guiding them on technical knowledge, project management, and execution. The key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and oversight to a team of AI engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Project Execution: Work closely with stakeholders to manage and execute projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain AI systems for optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster close relationships with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and implement best practices to enhance the organization's AI capabilities.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a relevant field.
  • At least 4-5 years' experience with AI/ML projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 2-3 AI engineers, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with expertise in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
