We are seeking a visionary leader to head our AI and data science teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of our AI vision, strategy, and capability plan.

  • The day-to-day activities of this role involve growing, mentoring, and leading the team.
  • Building on our AI roadmap, you will lead the development of our AI and data science vision, strategy, and capability plan.
  • You will develop AI data microservices and infrastructure, integrate the latest data models and data pipelines, and establish a model management approach that is best in class for responsible data use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing and mentoring the AI, data science, and data engineering team.
  • Developing and implementing AI and data science strategies.
  • Designing and developing AI data microservices and infrastructure.
  • Integrating the latest data models and data pipelines.
  • Establishing a model management approach for responsible data use.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; higher education qualifications in computer vision, machine learning, statistics, and/or technology preferred.
  • Significant experience (5 years +) in AI, data science, and computer vision.
  • Experience in recruiting, establishing, and managing a data science/AI team.
  • Experience in developing a data strategy and data governance approach.
  • Experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing algorithms, models, and model management approaches.
  • Industry-specific knowledge in Facilities Management/Built Environment/Civil Engineering is beneficial.
