Job Title: Skincare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skincare Professional to join our team. As a Skincare Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing top-notch beauty treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various skin treatments according to clients' needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
  • Schedule client's appointments
  • Data entry of client's information
  • Keep documentation and maintain client's files
  • Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
  • Acknowledge and respond to relevant client's queries, needs and expectations
  • Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
  • Stock taking
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
  • Any other administrative task when required

You must possess excellent communication skills, be well-groomed, and have a positive attitude with good team player qualities. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills, be sale oriented, service oriented and customer focused.
