Job Title: Skincare Professional

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Directly reports to the Salon Manager.
  • Achieves personal sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Delivers high-quality skincare services to clients.
  • Builds long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional customer service.
  • Follows up with clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintains a clean and organized salon environment.
  • Handles and maintains salon equipment and tools.
  • Adheres to strict treatment procedures and guidelines.
  • Performs comprehensive skin analyses to advise clients on personalized skincare plans.
  • Assists in making outgoing calls to clients to promote services.
  • Completes ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • Relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Passionate and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
  • Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
