Healthcare Programme Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and work on various aspects of programme planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, IT/data management, and quality assurance. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our programmes are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders to plan and conduct audits in line with programme guidelines and frameworks.
- Review and update guidelines/standards regularly to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Support the development and review of QA strategies for health screening programmes.
- Prepare reports and provide updates on centre performance, operational risks, and incident management.
- Ensure data integrity by coordinating with partners and vendors for accurate submission of data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Sciences, or other relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning and execution of health-related programmes or quality assurance related work in the healthcare sector.
