Programme Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Programme Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee and work on various aspects of programmes from planning to implementation, stakeholder engagement, IT/data management to quality assurance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage stakeholders to plan and conduct audits in line with programme guidelines and frameworks.
  • Review and update guidelines/standards regularly to ensure relevance and compliance.
  • Support the development and review of QA strategies for health screening programmes.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates on centre performance, operational risks, and incident management.
  • Ensure data integrity by coordinating with partners and vendors for accurate submission of data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Sciences, or other relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning and execution of health-related programmes or quality assurance related work in the healthcare sector.
  • Only Singaporeans.
