Business Intelligence and Insights Specialist

This role involves working with the Business Intelligence and Insights team to design analytics reporting suites for internal and external customers using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlik.

As a key member of our team, you will manage a portfolio of customers, developing and maintaining reporting solutions that provide actionable insights. Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reports for business insights.
  • Implementing data modeling, ETL processes using SQL, and creating interactive analytics solutions.
  • Developing nPrinting automated reports and managing report distribution processes.
  • Collaborating on Power BI report design and development, including data preparation and DAX scripting.

Desired qualifications for this role include 2+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, proficiency in QlikSense, nPrinting, SQL, and PowerBI, knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing strategies, and understanding of dimensional modeling.
