Job Title: Head of Singapore Compliance

Charterhouse Partnership Singapore is seeking a seasoned compliance professional to lead our Singapore compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to the Payment Services Act 2019 and relevant regulations in Singapore.
  • Oversee and implement procedures and processes governing our compliance program, with a focus on AML/KYC processes.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities, promptly addressing regulatory inquiries, and proactively communicating compliance issues and reportable events.
  • Deliver necessary training on Singapore regulatory requirements and advise the SG team and management on compliance matters.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of compliance experience within banking or financial services.
  • In-house compliance experience in a payment business or financial services business is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the Payment Services Act (PSA) and experience in Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime Compliance.
