Data Analyst and Customer Support Specialist in South East Asia

RINA HONG KONG LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Customer Support Specialist to join its team in South East Asia. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the commercial team, including data analysis, customer communication, and record-keeping.
About the Role
This position requires a candidate with excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The successful applicant will work closely with the commercial team to provide high-quality support services to customers in South East Asia.
Main Responsibilities:
- To assist in data analysis tasks related to customer segmentation, interactions, pricing, and market trends.
- To generate reports and presentations to support decision-making processes within the commercial team.
- To contribute to the improvement of data analytics and reporting processes.
- To create and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- To ensure that customer information is up-to-date and complete.
- To handle customer inquiries related to account information and updates.
- To assist in the preparation of offers for clients.
- To implement and manage pricing strategies in collaboration with the marine sales team within SEA & India Area.
- To ensure consistency and accuracy in offer documentation.
- To maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- To document details of offers, pricing agreements, and other relevant information.
- To ensure compliance with company policies regarding record-keeping.
- To provide administrative support for the commercial team, including document preparation and data entry.
- To maintain organized files and records related to customer interactions and offers.
- To collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
- To communicate effectively with clients regarding offers, pricing, and relevant updates.
- To ensure prompt and professional responses to customer queries.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Engineering, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business support, customer service, or a related field. Familiarity with the Marine services is beneficial, and the ability to learn about the offerings to effectively assist commercial teams, operations, and customers is essential. Basic computer skills are required, including the ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) systems, input data accurately, and utilize other relevant software tools.
