Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Processing Specialist to join our team at TP-LINK CORPORATION PTE. LTD.

About the Role

  • This role involves managing the claims processing aspects of our sales operations, ensuring efficient handling and accurate documentation.
  • You will provide support to our Sales Team by reviewing and processing various client claims, including buyback claims, withholding claims, and distributor rebate claims.
  • As a Claims Processing Specialist, you will prepare and negotiate settlement offers, ensuring fair compensation for clients based on thorough findings.
  • You will conduct investigations into claims to verify accuracy and validity, gathering necessary evidence and statements.
  • Review insurance policies to determine coverage and assess claims according to policy terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of claims handling.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records of claims, correspondence, and decisions made throughout the claims process.
  • Coordinate with sales partners and clients to gather information, clarify details, and provide updates on claim statuses.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting or legal, to resolve complex claims or issues.
  • Generate reports on claims activity and trends for management review and analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of claims processing procedures to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in claims administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and claims processing is advantageous.
  • Proficient in data entry and record management, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • The ability to speak and write in Chinese is required, as the incumbent will liaise with counterparts at the China HQ for project-related matters.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
