Job Title: Claims Handling Specialist

About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Claims Handling Specialist with RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
As a Claims Handling Specialist, you will be responsible for liaising with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, and group companies. You will also train and guide assistants in their support role, manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally, and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols. Additionally, you will ensure reserves are provided or updated in a timely and realistic manner and add value to underwriters by advising them on issues discovered during claims handling. Periodic review of files will also be required.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in claims handling and possess strong communication and organizational skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. The salary for this position is estimated to be around SGD 6000 per month, depending on experience.
