Job Summary

We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead our billing services team. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate billing, meeting regulatory requirements, and supervising team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers.
  • Meet section KPIs, including monthly closing of the billing cycle and processing adjustments within 7 business days.
  • Supervise and guide team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Review and streamline work processes for efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage complaints and conduct root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
  • Lead end-to-end project management from analytics to execution, driving digitization initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a business or technical discipline with at least 2 years of experience in IT or Utilities Industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading a team and building strong relationships.
  • Initiative and drive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
