Job Description

The APAC Commercial Director plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability across pump and instrumentation product lines. This leadership position oversees commercial operations, manages regional teams, and strategizes for revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
  • Manage full profit and loss for APAC sales operations, ensuring optimal financial performance
  • Lead and mentor a regional sales team, fostering high-performance culture and accountability
  • Cultivate strong relationships with F&B manufacturers, OEMs, and channel partners
  • Identify market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer needs to shape product positioning and development
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term account development to ensure sustained growth
  • Travel extensively across APAC to support business development and team alignment
Requirements
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in pump systems, instrumentation, or process equipment for F&B or related industries
  • Proven leadership in managing regional teams and P&L responsibilities
  • Strong technical understanding of fluid handling, hygienic design, and process control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel regionally (30–50%)
