Personal Loan Advisor Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused loan professional to assist individuals in finding suitable loan options and guiding them through the entire process while ensuring excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and cross-sell personal loan products to walk-in customers, referrals, and leads to meet individual sales targets while upholding compliance and service standards.
  • Assess customers' financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions that cater to their requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the loan application process, including required documentation and verification processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support to ensure their complete satisfaction.
  • Conduct preliminary credit checks and liaise with the credit team for approvals to facilitate efficient loan processing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field is preferred but not essential. We welcome candidates with strong sales and service skills who can adapt to our lending environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are crucial to succeed in this role.
  • Self-motivation, target-orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key attributes we look for in our ideal candidate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in lending or front-line financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
