Chief Information Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Officer to lead our IT team and drive digital transformation. As the CIO, you will oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless support for business operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement IT Roadmap Define and prioritize the IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  2. Spearhead Digital Initiatives Drive digital projects that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations, while ensuring compliance with data protection and information security standards.
  3. Manage Major IT Projects Oversee large-scale IT projects, delivering on time and within budget, maintaining high quality standards.
  4. Engage Stakeholders Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, securing buy-in for IT initiatives.
  5. Provide IT Consultancy Offer expert advice to the Senior Management Team and Business Functions on IT issues, including business projects with IT content.
  6. Mitigate IT Risks Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, including cybersecurity threats, to protect organizational assets and data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in IT functions and/or leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering IT-enabled change.
  • Extensive experience in project/program management and a deep understanding of IT and digitalization strategies.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to lead in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
