As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying scalable cloud infrastructure solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless operation of complex systems, fostering innovation, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Systems Administration

Manage and maintain RHEL systems across various environments, including development, testing, and production. Ensure optimal performance, security, and uptime.

OpenShift Container Platforms

Design, deploy, and operate OpenShift container platforms, including bare-metal setups. Develop and implement strategies for efficient resource utilization and scalability.

Logstash and Rsyslog Pipeline Development

Develop and optimize Logstash and rsyslog pipelines to ingest logs from various infrastructure devices. Onboard systems into the ELK stack with customized parsing configurations.

Kibana Dashboards and Alerting

Create and manage observability dashboards using Kibana and implement alerting for critical events. Ensure real-time monitoring and incident response.

Automation and Scripting

Automate configuration, patching, provisioning, and monitoring using Ansible, Python, and shell scripting. Optimize workflows and improve efficiency.

Integration and Documentation

Integrate logging and monitoring solutions with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow to streamline incident management. Maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and SOPs related to platform setup, observability, and log management.
