Procurement Operations Role

This position is responsible for managing the entire procurement lifecycle, from purchase orders to invoicing.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Financial Oversight: Oversee the full lifecycle of purchase orders and invoices.
  2. Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to the Procurement team across various tasks and challenges.
  3. Vendor Management: Manage direct communications with external vendors and service providers to reconcile outstanding payments.
  4. Process Improvement: Contribute to the implementation of new procurement policies and operational changes.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in Procurement Operations or Accounting, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
