Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

Description

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to provide strategic guidance on commercial law, project development, and regulatory compliance.

  • Offer expert advice to business units on legal matters, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements such as joint ventures, EPC contracts, supply and service agreements, and technology licensing.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate legal risks associated with operational activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory bodies to align legal strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage and support resolution of legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced legal professional who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a recognized institution; admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong background in commercial law, project development, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with EPC contracts, joint ventures, and environmental law is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
