Job Title: Regional Commercial Operations Support Manager

Are you a highly organized and self-motivated individual looking for a challenging role in commercial operations? We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Operations Executive to join our team.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to the Commercial Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and arranging travel itineraries.

The role involves coordinating regional marketing conferences, preparing and submitting expense requests, and planning activities that strengthen the team.

In addition, the Commercial Operations Executive will lead project management for regional activities, including small-scale expert meetings, third-party conferences, and large-scale corporate events.

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize workload, and seek solutions for any problems that arise.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good writing ability, with multilingual skills preferred
